THE ROLE
Hands-on engineering and AI work across the platform:
- Build agentic GenAI workflows using internal datasets

- Proficiency in Python and experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP
- Understanding of Bayesian statistics and marketing attribution concepts
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences
- Interest in applying AI tools to enhance data science workflows

The Role
You will play a role in delivering data-driven insights across digital campaigns and customer journeys.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading post campaign analysis to evaluate performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Delivering customer journey reporting across multiple digital touchpoints
- Building and maintaining dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Working with large datasets using SQL and Python to generate insights
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Supporting test and learn methodologies, including A/B testing and campaign optimisation
- Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to best practice within the team
Your Skills and Experience

- Experience in digital analytics, including web and social performance measurement – GTM, Google Analytics
