- Ability to design, evaluate, and scale large‑scale modelling systems and optimisation pipelines

Your Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in pricing, insights, commercial analytics, or revenue optimisation roles.
- Proven ability to influence business decisions and commercial performance through data-led recommendations.
- Strong background in a consumer-facing environment, ideally retail, fashion, or ecommerce.
- Deep understanding of pricing strategy, markdown, competitive benchmarking, and customer price perception.
- Ability to combine structured problem solving with commercial judgement and compelling storytelling.
- Strong stakeholder management and confidence engaging at multiple levels.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Finance Analyst (BI) will:
* Deliver high‑quality analysis using SQL and large datasets to answer commercial and financial questions.
* Assess retail market trends, growth opportunities and performance variations across the business.
* Support cross‑functional teams on decisions around investment, spend allocation and strategic priorities.
* Build dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI to support business partners.
* Work closely with senior leadership to provide insight into performance drivers and major business questions.
* Ensure robust data governance, accuracy and consistency across reporting.
* Collaborate with finance stakeholders and contributing to business cases and investment analysis.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Strong SQL capability, confident using SQL daily to interrogate and manipulate large datasets.
* Experience working with commercial, finance or sales data in a business environment.
* Strong experience building dashboards and visualisations in Power BI.
* Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse environments.
* Ability to work with unstructured, ambiguous and complex datasets.
* Strong critical thinking skills, able to challenge assumptions and build clear recommendations.
* Confident working with stakeholders and building strong working relationships across teams.
* Experience with data relating to P&L, financial performance or commercial metrics is beneficial.
