This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-impact pricing analytics programme within a fast-paced consumer business. You will shape critical pricing and promotional decisions, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure customer perception is fully embedded into commercial thinking.

The Role and Deliverables

  • Lead the development of pricing and commercial insights that influence trading, merchandising, commercial, and digital decision making.
  • Deliver robust analysis, clear recommendations, and commercially grounded pricing programmes that balance customer value and business performance.
  • Act as a business partner and subject matter voice for pricing insights, strategy embedding, storytelling, and roadmap definition.
  • Respond to emerging pricing questions and stakeholder needs by creating relevant and actionable analytical outputs.
  • Shape pricing architecture, promotional effectiveness analyses, markdown strategy, competitive pricing, elasticity modelling, and customer price perception work.
  • Turn complex trading and pricing data into clear, commercially relevant insights for senior stakeholders.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience in pricing, insights, commercial analytics, or revenue optimisation roles.
  • Proven ability to influence business decisions and commercial performance through data-led recommendations.
  • Strong background in a consumer-facing environment, ideally retail, fashion, or ecommerce.
  • Deep understanding of pricing strategy, markdown, competitive benchmarking, and customer price perception.
  • Ability to combine structured problem solving with commercial judgement and compelling storytelling.
  • Strong stakeholder management and confidence engaging at multiple levels.
  • Experience managing or developing individuals or small teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
