THE ROLE

- A proven track record of owning and improving complex, multi-stage funnels
- Experience influencing product roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong commercial judgement, with experience owning KPIs and broader product performance
- A background in D2C product environments, although adjacent sectors will also be considered
- Excellent understanding of experimentation, conversion optimisation, user behaviour and segmentation
- Experience applying AI in a practical way within product workflows would be highly beneficial
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple senior teams
