The Role
* Drive the continuous improvement of a headless CMS and DAM capability, ensuring it supports digital marketing and customer experience goals.
* Ensure content delivery aligns with broader platform, data, and content strategies.
* Collaborate with CRO, Personalisation, and Analytics teams to streamline workflows and reduce operational overhead.
* Onboard and train Content Authors, providing best practice guidance and clear documentation.
* Translate business needs into actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria and prioritised backlogs.
* Validate deliverables from development teams, including integrations and new functionality.
* Contribute to the design of new digital journeys, ensuring content models and structures are scalable and effective.
* Support release planning, UAT, and post-launch optimisation.
* Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the platform community.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong expertise in Contentful CMS and best practices for headless CMS and DAM platforms.
* Hands-on experience delivering digital products in an agile environment and working closely with technical teams.
* Practical understanding of personalisation tools such as Adobe Target or Ninetailed.
* Working knowledge of the wider digital marketing ecosystem, including catalogues, identity, CDP, and consent.
