About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Technology Executive to help deliver and evolve the technical digital marketing capabilities across inbound and outbound channels. This role sits within a growing digital marketing function and focuses on building, managing, and optimising the product and stock data pipelines that power marketing activity across multiple platforms.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure product data is accurate, reliable, and effectively integrated into the MarTech ecosystem. If you enjoy solving data flow challenges, improving feed quality, and enabling smarter marketing activation, this is a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Develop, maintain, and optimise product and stock data feeds using tools like Athos Commerce and technologies such as Kafka and Snowflake.
- Manage real-time feed integrations with platforms including Meta, TikTok, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and others.
- Support ETL processes to ensure accurate and compliant data sharing across marketing tools and dashboards.
- Validate and monitor product/stock data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and performance.
- Run and report on feed tests, identifying opportunities to improve marketing efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of data-driven projects.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Experience managing product and stock feeds for digital commerce (Athos, Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.).
- Integration of feeds into digital marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data governance best practices.
- Understanding of how digital channels use feed data for targeting, optimisation, and reporting.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into marketing deliverables.
Desirable:
- Experience with APIs (Postman, Datadog, Splunk, Boomi).
- Working knowledge of GCP, data pipeline tools (Funnel, Datorama) or Snowflake.
- Experience in enterprise retail, ecommerce, or marketplace environments.
- Familiarity with real-time data architecture (e.g., Kafka).

- Advanced SQL and experience using BI tools such as Looker.
- Hands on experience with A B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Ability to investigate complex data sets and translate analysis into clear actions.
- Confident stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with Python and dbt is desirable but not essential.
