Power BI Developer (Contract - Remote)
An organisation delivering advanced data and AI solutions for large enterprises and public sector clients is seeking a Power BI Developer to join their analytics team on a contract basis.
This role focuses on helping organisations better understand and utilise their data through strong requirements gathering, data modelling, and business intelligence development. You will design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports, work within modern cloud data platforms, and collaborate with stakeholders to generate actionable insights.
This is a remote contract role running through August 2026, though you should be local to Washington DC.
Responsibilities
Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights
Conduct deep-dive analysis using SQL and BI tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
Build and maintain interactive dashboards, ensuring performance, usability, and consistency
Support ETL processes and data pipelines within a cloud-based data environment
Work with data lakes and warehouse environments to understand data ingestion, storage, and transformations
Develop and maintain ERDs and data dictionaries to document data structures and definitions
Gather and translate business requirements into effective reporting and analytics solutions
Support data governance, lineage, and metadata management practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver scalable BI solutions
Assess and improve existing reporting solutions, including converting legacy reports into Power BI dashboards
Define and develop metrics to measure operational performance and organisational health
Maintain data quality and reliability across internal and external data sources
Present findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in data and analytics roles within cloud environments
Advanced Snowflake SQL proficiency
Advanced Power BI expertise, including data modelling, DAX, and report optimisation
Experience working within Azure-based data ecosystems
Experience creating ERDs, data dictionaries, and supporting data governance initiatives
Strong experience gathering and translating business requirements

Senior Marketing Analyst
London | Up to £85,000 plus equity
This is a high-impact analytics role sitting at the heart of growth and marketing decision-making within a fast-paced, product-led environment. You will work on complex attribution and customer journey challenges, with real influence over how marketing investment is measured and optimised, particularly across a key international growth market.

They are a highly data-driven digital business operating in consumer financial products. The organisation is well established, commercially successful, and known for its strong analytics culture. Teams are lean, collaborative, and focused on using data to drive measurable outcomes. The business is continuing to scale internationally, with analytics playing a central role in that growth.
The Role
- Partner closely with growth and marketing teams to support performance analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Analyse marketing spend across digital channels to assess effectiveness and return on investment.
- Track and evaluate customer acquisition sources to understand channel contribution and efficiency.
- Develop and improve attribution approaches, including multi-touch attribution, while accounting for privacy and tracking limitations.
- Optimise marketing and application funnels by identifying drop-offs and conversion opportunities.
- Analyse end-to-end customer journeys across multiple financial products and recommend alternative pathways where appropriate.
- Build models to answer complex commercial questions, such as the incremental impact of new channels or campaigns.
- Apply statistical and experimental techniques to support testing, measurement, and business decisions.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial marketing analytics experience within a consumer-facing digital environment.
- Advanced capability in SQL and Python, with Python used for modelling and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with attribution modelling and evaluating marketing effectiveness.
- Experience analysing complex customer journeys and funnel performance.
- Comfortable working with experimentation, uplift measurement, and statistical techniques.
- Confident communicator, able to translate analysis into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders.
