Employee Communications Associate

Contract | Fully Remote | $46/hour

Our client, a large entertainment organization, is seeking an experienced Employee Communications Associate to support internal communications across multiple business functions. This is a fully remote contract opportunity offering $46 per hour.

This role is ideal for a strong writer and communications professional who excels at translating complex or technical information into clear, engaging messaging for employees. You'll play a key role in supporting enterprise updates, change initiatives, and leadership communications that drive alignment and understanding across the organization.


What You'll Be Doing

Internal Communications & Writing

  • Develop and deliver clear, concise communications aligned to business priorities

  • Draft and edit messaging across operations, finance, marketing, and other corporate functions

  • Translate technical and systems-related information into employee-friendly language

  • Support leadership announcements, enterprise updates, and business communications

  • Ensure consistency in tone, clarity, and messaging across internal channels

Change Communications & Engagement

  • Support organizational change initiatives with structured communication plans

  • Create messaging that drives awareness, alignment, and action

  • Publish content across internal digital platforms

  • Assist with launches, program rollouts, and enterprise-wide initiatives

  • Execute tactical engagement communications to support adoption

Design & Visual Content

  • Develop clean, professional graphics and campaign visuals

  • Create content using Canva or similar tools

  • Build well-structured PowerPoint presentations with strong visual hierarchy

  • Support visual storytelling to enhance clarity and engagement


What We're Looking For

  • Experience in internal, employee, or corporate communications

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills

  • Demonstrated background in change communications

  • Experience creating content for internal digital platforms

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Canva (or similar design tools)

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong attention to detail
