  • Lead the development of customer-led pricing strategies, grounded in insight and rigorous analysis.
  • Manage and coach a Pricing Manager who will provide the technical pricing input and implementation support.
  • Own the design and delivery of large-scale pricing trials and pilots, from concept through to evaluation and rollout.
  • Work closely with analytics, commercial performance, product and other teams to respond to pricing challenges and opportunities.
  • Contribute to industry-wide pricing reform initiatives, including new models such as pay-as-you-go schemes and modernised ticket structures.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on pricing, representing the function in key forums and influencing senior stakeholders.
Your Skills And Experience
To succeed in this Senior Pricing Manager role, you will bring:
  • Strong commercial experience in pricing strategy within a complex, high-volume environment.
  • A track record of designing, building and scaling pricing projects and trials, ideally involving structural pricing change.
  • Experience working with data and insight to create customer-led pricing strategies.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with analytics, commercial and operational teams.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence at senior levels.
  • A proactive, creative and self-starting approach, comfortable owning a strategic agenda.
  • Experience in transport, travel, utilities or another regulated/complex sector is beneficial but not essential.
What They Offer
  • Salary up to £56,800 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Hybrid working with 2 days per week in London
  • Competitive final salary pension scheme.
  • Generous travel benefits for you and your family across their network and partner operators.
  • 30 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, increasing with length of service up to 37 days.
  • Exposure to senior leadership, including the Head of Revenue and Commercial Director, with clear opportunities to progress into broader revenue leadership roles.
