The Role

As a Senior Data Governance Analyst, you will take the lead in developing and improving governance processes, supporting global data stewards, and ensuring high‑quality metadata and documentation across key domains. This is a hands‑on governance role with a strong mix of stakeholder engagement, process ownership, and technical application.

You will:

• Lead day‑to‑day governance activities and guide the mid‑level analyst.
• Own the data governance issues log, ensuring items are prioritised, progressed, and resolved.
• Work closely with Data Stewards across global offices, supporting monthly forums and leading discussions.
• Configure and optimise the data management and cataloguing tool to enhance visibility and trust in data.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in Data Governance, including hands‑on work with data catalogues or governance tooling (Data360, Collibra, Informatica, or similar).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to lead conversations and drive accountability.
• Solid understanding of data quality, metadata management, reference data, and data stewardship.
• Experience working in professional services, finance, consulting, or similarly complex environments is beneficial.
• Experience using BI tools such as Power BI is helpful but not essential.

The Role
