The Role
You will lead the UK marketing analytics agenda while managing a team of analysts. Your work will drive both day‑to‑day optimisation and long‑term strategy. Responsibilities include:
* Implementing analytics strategy across all UK marketing channels to improve visibility, performance, and ROI.
* Owning and delivering key analytical projects that unlock insight and measurable business impact.
* Ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency across performance and partner metrics.
* Developing and managing a roadmap for test and learn activity, including pricing and incrementality initiatives.
* Partnering with senior stakeholders on cross‑functional projects and ensuring alignment on priorities.
* Overseeing a portfolio of analytics work while coaching, supporting, and guiding your analyst team.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience in marketing analytics, driving value across ATL and BTL channels.
* Hands‑on experience with attribution approaches such as multi‑touch attribution and marketing mix modelling.
* Experience designing and executing incrementality testing plans.
* Strong analytical skills across customer experience, personalisation, and channel performance.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
* Proven experience managing or mentoring analysts.
* Advanced SQL skills and confidence querying large datasets.
* Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI.
* Strong problem‑solving capability and the ability to navigate complex, unstructured challenges.
