Revenue Manager
London (Hybrid)
Up to 50,000 plus benefits

Take the next step in your revenue management career with a role that offers scale, complexity, and the chance to shape commercial performance across one of the UK's busiest intercity networks. This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to step up into a broader leadership role while still staying close to hands‑on revenue delivery.
The Company

They are a major UK transport operator providing long‑distance rail services across the West and North West regions. Following a long contract extension, the business is entering a period of significant investment, stability, and commercial transformation. Revenue management plays a central role in how they plan, price, and deliver services, giving you the chance to influence high‑impact decisions. Their commercial team works with large, complex datasets to maximise revenue, optimise customer experience, and make data‑driven improvements across routes and services.

The Role
In this Revenue Manager role, you will have both strategic and operational ownership of revenue performance across a key route. You will:
* Lead revenue management initiatives, owning strategy, pricing, and yield optimisation.
* Manage day‑to‑day performance while driving long‑term commercial improvements.
* Support and coach a growing team of analysts to meet revenue targets.
* Use data insights to influence pricing decisions and ensure trains are optimally filled and correctly priced.
* Take ownership of a core route, likely Anglo‑Scot, with autonomy to shape its commercial success.
* Collaborate closely with inventory, forecasting, and commercial planning teams.

Your Skills and Experience
You will succeed in this role if you have:
* Strong commercial experience in revenue management and yield optimisation.
* A highly analytical mindset with strong Excel capability.
* Proven success using data to drive pricing decisions and achieve revenue targets.
* Experience working with complex, high‑volume datasets.
* Transport sector experience is strongly preferred due to the pace and complexity of the environment.
* The ability to coach and support more junior analysts.

What They Offer
* Salary up to 50000, with a target hiring range in the mid‑40s.
* Final salary pension scheme.
* Free travel for you and your dependants.
* Privilege Travel Card offering 75 percent off most UK rail operators.
* 30 days holiday rising annually to 37.
* 10 free journeys per year on other operators within the group.
* Clear progression into broader revenue leadership roles.

How to Apply
If you are ready to take on greater ownership and impact in revenue management, apply today to be considered.
