The Role
The company is seeking a Data Scientist with a focus on computer vision to work on end-to-end AI solutions. This role involves taking ownership of computer vision problems from early exploration through to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

About the Role
- We’re hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build intelligent systems that power creative thinking, collaboration, and decision-making at scale.
- This role sits at the intersection of applied ML, product innovation, and scalable infrastructure. You’ll design and ship production ML systems – from retrieval-augmented generation to generative features – working closely with product, design, and engineering in a high-ownership environment.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and productionize ML models for generative AI, fine-tuning, and RAG
- Build scalable data pipelines for training, evaluation, and continuous improvement
- Develop annotation and human-in-the-loop workflows to improve model quality
- Partner with product engineers to deliver impactful, user-facing AI features
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams on training, inference, monitoring, and deployment
- Explore new ideas and help shape the long-term AI vision
What You Bring
- 5+ years of industry experience building and shipping deep learning systems
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Familiarity with modern ML toolchains (hosted APIs, open-source frameworks, or custom stacks)
- Experience with embedding-based systems for retrieval, ranking, or multimodal models
- Comfort mentoring others and raising the technical bar
Nice to Have
- MLOps and ML infrastructure experience (observability, CI/CD, automation)
- Experience working on creative, design, or collaboration-focused ML products
