Senior CRM Executive (9-Month FTC)
Fully Remote in the UK
£35,000-£40,000
The Company
Join a fast-paced, data-driven marketing team and take ownership of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that engage millions of members across the UK. Reporting into the CRM Lead, you’ll play a key role in building, scheduling, and optimising automated customer journeys that drive engagement, retention, and reactivation
The Role:
- Build and schedule lifecycle, transactional, and promotional campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app (Braze)
- Manage automated journeys such as onboarding, renewal, and win-back flows
- Maintain accurate, personalised campaign content and offers
- Work collaboratively with Product, Member Services, and Legal to ensure campaigns meet compliance and business goals
- Support campaign QA, reporting, and ongoing performance optimisation
Your Skills & Experience:
- Experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing (ideally in digital/subscription environments)
- Hands-on experience with Braze or similar marketing automation /CRM tools
