An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a well-established business that has already completed a major platform transition. This is a backfill role with the team actively hiring and ready for someone to make an immediate impact.
This role suits a true Data Engineer - someone who designs and builds robust data systems rather than simply executing specs. You'll work on large-scale data ingestion and core pipeline frameworks with a strong focus on reliability and data quality.
THE COMPANY
You'll join a company operating at meaningful scale with a mature data platform. The environment is Linux-based, runs its own data center, and allows the data team to focus purely on engineering high-quality pipelines and frameworks - not infrastructure management.
THE ROLE
A hands-on role split between improving existing pipelines and onboarding new customers.
Design and build resilient ELT pipelines and data frameworks
Customize and extend Airflow, including writing operators
Build testing, validation, and data quality checks into pipelines
Ensure new customer implementations strengthen the core platform
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Very strong SQL
Strong Python for data engineering and ELT
Hands-on Airflow experience beyond basic usage

THE TEAM
You’ll join a friendly and fast-moving client services team working closely with Account Directors, strategists, creatives, and technical specialists.
This role sits at the heart of day-to-day client delivery and are critical to maintaining strong relationships, spotting opportunities, and ensuring briefs are executed to a high standard.
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on Senior Account Manager position with a strong emphasis on client relationships, delivery, and strategic thinking. You’ll act as a primary point of contact for clients, working closely with an Account Director to ensure briefs are clearly defined, delivered effectively, and aligned to wider client objectives.
ROLE
New Business / Growth-Focused Account
- Support the Account Director on a recently won, high-profile account with significant growth potential.
- Take on a delivery-heavy role, coordinating work across creative, development, and strategy teams.
- Manage a wide range of client stakeholders and contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the account.
- Identify opportunities within the account and proactively suggest ways to add value.
Established, Strategy-Led Account
- Take responsibility for day-to-day client care on a large, complex account within a regulated environment.
- Provide strategic support, ensuring campaigns and activity align with broader customer and brand objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams delivering execution across direct marketing and email.
- Act as a consistent, reliable client contact, maintaining momentum and quality across ongoing activity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
- Work closely with Account Directors to deliver briefs from briefing through to completion.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure work is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard.
- Contribute strategic thinking to accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Confidently manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, project-led environment.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience at Senior Account Manager level, or a strong Account Manager ready to step up.
- Background in data-led marketing, digital, or agency environments.
- Experience working with large, well-known brands.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, delivery-focused agency.
- Personable, proactive, and collaborative – someone clients and teams enjoy working with.

The Role
You will join the Customer Analytics team, reporting into an established analytics leader, and manage one Senior Analyst. Your work spans strategic measurement, optimisation, and influencing investment decisions across a significant marketing spend.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading marketing measurement across MMM, incrementality testing, and attribution.
* Owning the relationship with an external MMM provider and strengthening confidence in the model.
* Connecting MMM outputs with last‑click and multi‑touch attribution to build a unified view of performance.
* Designing and running incrementality tests to validate and optimise spend.
* Evaluating top‑funnel effectiveness and advising on where and how to invest.
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence marketing strategy across a £20m quarterly budget.
* Supporting and developing a Senior Analyst while contributing hands‑on to high‑impact projects.
* Working cross‑functionally with analytics, pricing, promotions, and trading teams.
Your Skills and Experience
You will succeed in this role if you bring:
* Strong commercial experience in marketing analytics within a large or complex organisation.
* Expertise in MMM, attribution, and incrementality testing.
* The ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change across cross‑functional teams.
* Confidence working with significant marketing budgets and ROI‑driven decision‑making.
* Proficiency in SQL; Python is an advantage.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to structure complex analytical challenges.
* Experience coaching or guiding analysts.
