THE ROLE
- You will be responsible for machine learning model deployment and scalability for the company’s AI platform

Job Title: Product Data Scientist – Hybrid – Up to £80,000
Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days p/w in office)
Salary: Up to £80,000 + benefits

The Role
As a Product Data Scientist, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to unlock insight, guide product strategy, and influence decision-making. You’ll use advanced analytics, experimentation, and data storytelling to identify opportunities, improve customer experiences, and drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyse user behaviour to uncover insights, identify pain points, and influence product direction.

Design experiments and support a culture of testing, learning, and iteration.

Define and align key business metrics, ensuring consistency and accuracy across teams.

Build and maintain dashboards and tools to empower stakeholders with self-serve insights.

Conduct deep-dive analyses to support strategic initiatives and provide clear recommendations.

The Candidate

Proven experience in analytical roles, ideally within a digital-first or tech-led business.

Skilled in SQL, Python or R, plus familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Lightdash).

Ability to translate business challenges into clear analytical projects and recommendations.

Strong data storytelling and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.

An established data and analytics provider within the FS and property sector is looking for an Analytics Manager to lead and deliver high-impact client-facing projects. Sitting at the intersection of data, product, and commercial teams, this role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making across some of the UK’s most prominent banks and mortgage lenders.
You’ll manage a small team of analysts while staying close to delivery – combining technical expertise with business insight to shape how financial institutions use housing market data to drive smarter lending decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Mentor and support 2-3 analysts; oversee workload and ensure high-quality output

Client-Facing Analytics: Present insights directly to clients, translating complex data into strategic value

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, commercial, and presales teams to develop tailored solutions

Strategic Thinking: Stay ahead of market trends and customer challenges to guide analytics direction

What We’re Looking For

5-7 years’ experience in analytics, ideally within financial services, credit risk, mortgages, or related sectors

Proven experience mentoring or managing analysts (or strong readiness to step into a team lead role)

Strong technical toolkit: SQL, Python, and Excel proficiency

Skilled communicator – confident presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences

Experience working with or alongside banks, lenders, or credit decisioning teams

Highly numerate, creative problem solver with strong business acumen

We’re partnering with a well-established CRM and data-led marketing agency with around 30 years’ experience delivering work for major UK consumer and financial services brands. Following a recent international acquisition, the agency is continuing to grow and is now hiring two Senior Account Managers to support key client accounts from its Bristol office.
Both roles sit within the same client services team, reporting into Senior Account Directors. The core responsibilities are consistent across both positions, with variation depending on the client portfolio.
The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be a day-to-day client contact, working closely with Account Directors to deliver against briefs, manage stakeholders, and keep work moving at pace.
You’ll sit at the heart of delivery – coordinating teams across strategy, creative, and development – while also contributing strategic thinking and identifying opportunities to grow the account.
There are two openings:
Role 1 – Large Consumer Brand (New Account Win)

Supporting a Senior Account Director on a recently won, high-profile account

Strong delivery focus due to limited project management support

Managing a broad range of client stakeholders

Role 2 – Financial Services Brand

Supporting an Account Director across a well-established FS account

More strategy-led, with a strong focus on CRM execution across email and DM

Acting as the consistent day-to-day presence for the client

Working closely with internal execution teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Key Responsibilities

Act as a main point of contact for clients on day-to-day activity

Support Account Directors in delivering CRM and data-led programmes

Manage briefs, timelines and internal stakeholders

Contribute to CRM and customer strategy discussions

About You
