This role sits at the intersection of analytics engineering and insight, supporting both growth and operational teams. The focus is on customer segmentation, lifecycle analysis, and generating high-quality, actionable insights. The successful candidate will be a full-stack data practitioner, comfortable owning data end to end rather than operating purely in reporting.

THE ROLE
This is a senior, client-facing Qualitative Research Director position, focused primarily on automotive research. The role sits at a pivotal point in the team, taking ownership of high-profile accounts and complex, multi-market projects.

Strategic and regulatory alignment- You will sponsor scorecard and policy changes with Credit Risk, run test-and-learn programs at scale, align acquisition strategy with in-life portfolio learnings, and ensure compliance with FCA Consumer Duty, Fair Value Assessments, reasonable foreseeability testing, vulnerable customer oversight, and Section 75 considerations.

Leadership and governance- Lead weekly performance reviews with clear drivers, decisions, and owners; write and present papers to Credit Risk Committee and CustCo; manage cross-functional dependencies; challenge senior stakeholders where necessary; and ensure all decisions are executed with accountability and commercial focus.

The Role
This is a newly created position within the central Analytics, Data, and Engineering function, designed to add an extra layer of leadership within the marketing analytics space.
You’ll take full ownership of the marketing analytics function, line-managing one Senior Analyst, and act as the go-to expert for marketing insight and reporting. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, commercial, and product to ensure data-driven decision-making, presenting confidently at executive and board level.
What You’ll Be Doing

We’re partnering with a well-established CRM and data-led marketing agency with around 30 years’ experience delivering work for major UK consumer and financial services brands. Following a recent international acquisition, the agency is continuing to grow and is now hiring two Senior Account Managers to support key client accounts from its Bristol office.
Both roles sit within the same client services team, reporting into Senior Account Directors. The core responsibilities are consistent across both positions, with variation depending on the client portfolio.
The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be a day-to-day client contact, working closely with Account Directors to deliver against briefs, manage stakeholders, and keep work moving at pace.
