The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to lead a growing team and drive best practice across high-volume, multi-brand campaigns. You’ll play a key role in shaping customer journeys, optimising lifecycle activity and improving performance across every stage of communication.
What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a team of five across email strategy, delivery and optimisation
-
Manage large-scale B2C campaigns across 80+ brands
-
Oversee lifecycle, triggered and BAU email programmes across multiple platforms (Dotdigital, BriefYourMarket, XMPIE)
-
Drive testing, segmentation and personalisation to improve engagement

Report on campaign performance and present insights to senior stakeholders

Maintain compliance and GDPR standards across regulated communications

Champion continuous improvement and innovation, including automation and AI opportunities
About You

Proven experience managing end-to-end email marketing in a fast-paced B2C environment

Strong people leadership and mentoring skills
-
Confident working with data and campaign analytics tools (Power BI or similar)

Comfortable working across multiple brands and stakeholders

Excellent attention to detail and copy accuracy
-
Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy sectors preferred

Hands-on and proactive, with a collaborative, in-office leadership style

A leading strategic communications agency specialising in global security, conflict, and behavioural change is seeking a Chief Strategy Officer to lead and integrate its high-performing strategy, research, digital, and creative teams. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with significant influence on the agency’s strategic direction, innovation, and delivery for government and international clients.
The Role
-
Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams including Head of Research & MREL, Creative Director, Head of Digital, and strategists, ensuring seamless collaboration and high impact delivery

Drive technical excellence and innovation across strategy, research, evaluation, digital, and creative work

Champion quality standards across all client deliverables and strategic frameworks

Lead and write technical sections of major bids and proposals, ensuring strategic, methodological, and creative rigour

Work closely with the AI & technology team to advance innovative tools for insight, intervention design, and impact measurement

Develop new opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for competitive advantage

Oversee the design of behavioural change approaches and frameworks for complex interventions

Maintain a steady focus on quality assurance across research design, analysis, and evaluation methodologies
Key Requirements

10+ years’ leadership experience in behavioural science, strategic communications, change management, or related fields

Proven track record leading strategy functions that drive measurable behaviour change

Experience integrating multidisciplinary teams across research, strategy, digital, and creative functions
-
Strong expertise in behaviour change frameworks (e.g., COM-B, EAST, B=MAP)

Experience leading technical bid writing for government, defence, or international development clients

Outstanding communication skills, able to translate complex issues into actionable strategies

Familiarity with digital product design, technology platforms, and AI tools
-
Strong interest in international affairs, security, and conflict-related communications

As the company launches a new AI-driven product, they’re hiring a Research Manager to take ownership of analytics and modelling across client research projects.
The Role
This is a hands-on role focused on pushing the boundaries of quantitative analytics within research. You’ll lead complex modelling work, set best practice for analytics, and independently deliver end-to-end research projects.
Key Responsibilities

Own analytics workstreams across major research projects

Deliver advanced analysis including segmentation, factor reduction and regression modelling

About You

As the Digital Product Insights Lead, you’ll head up a small, talented team of analysts to deliver predictive and prescriptive insights that directly shape business strategy.
