Contract Administrator

Location: Wimbledon (Hybrid, 3 days in office / 2 from home)
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000
Contract: Permanent
We are hiring a Contract Administrator to join our Legal and Compliance team. This is an important role that supports our contract recruitment operations by ensuring that contractor and client contracts are accurate, compliant, and completed efficiently.
This position will suit someone who is organised, detail focused, and confident coordinating information across a busy sales environment. You will be responsible for preparing contracts based on our standard templates, ensuring that all required documentation is in place, and supporting compliance checks across global placements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft client and contractor contracts based on standard templates using information supplied by the sales teams
  • Send contracts to clients and contractors for review and signatures
  • Ensure completed contracts are accurately saved and recorded in our internal systems
  • Carry out compliance checks for contractors globally
  • Support with amendments to standard terms where required
  • Assist the wider legal team with general administrative and contract tasks
  • Maintain oversight of contract documentation and follow up on outstanding information
Person Specification
  • Previous experience in an administrative or contract focused role, or experience within a recruitment environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Competent MS Word and Excel skills
  • Comfortable working at pace and managing competing priorities
