ROLE:
The Director of Sales Analytics will own the analytical strategy behind a large-scale, high-volume sales and customer support center operation. This leader will uncover insights that drive lead conversion, agent productivity, and overall sales performance-partnering directly with senior executives across Finance, Sales, and Strategy.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited for a strategic analytics professional who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 10+ years of experience in analytics, sales strategy, or operations, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep experience in customer support center analytics, including funnel optimization and agent performance tracking.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience analyzing large datasets and building models.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and BI tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or Power BI.
- Background in financial services, consumer lending, debt resolution, or subscription-based sales strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
