COMPANY:

Our client is a fast-growing leader in the consumer finance space, focused on helping people reach lasting financial freedom. They're in the midst of a major digital and analytics transformation-building smarter systems, deeper insights, and scalable tools to drive stronger performance and more personalized customer acquisition.

ROLE:

The Director of Sales Analytics will own the analytical strategy behind a large-scale, high-volume sales and customer support center operation. This leader will uncover insights that drive lead conversion, agent productivity, and overall sales performance-partnering directly with senior executives across Finance, Sales, and Strategy.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited for a strategic analytics professional who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments. You'll oversee funnel and agent analytics, develop predictive models, and translate data into clear recommendations that shape sales execution and business direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and execute the sales and customer support center analytics roadmap to improve performance across the funnel.
  • Build and maintain SQL- and Python-based models to enhance lead conversion, contact rates, and agent productivity.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to refine forecasting frameworks and track sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to optimize lead routing, territory design, and contact strategies.
  • Develop dashboards and reports (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key KPIs and funnel metrics.
  • Deliver actionable insights that inform sales strategy, staffing, and process improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing analytics team supporting customer support center and sales effectiveness.
  • Uphold best practices in data quality, governance, and scalable reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, sales strategy, or operations, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep experience in customer support center analytics, including funnel optimization and agent performance tracking.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience analyzing large datasets and building models.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and BI tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or Power BI.
  • Background in financial services, consumer lending, debt resolution, or subscription-based sales strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable business results through analytics-led insights.

This opportunity is ideal for a strategic and technically skilled analytics leader who can bridge data and decision-making-transforming insights into improved sales performance across a large, consumer-facing organization.
