Location: Leicestershire or London - Hybrid (1 day per month in office)
Salary: Up to £35,000 (9-Month FTC)

This is an exciting opportunity to join their fast-paced CRM team, known for delivering large-scale automated lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels. You'll be part of a supportive environment that values creativity, collaboration, and data-driven marketing.

The Role
As a Senior CRM Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing multi-channel CRM campaigns and supporting end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys. You'll build, execute, and optimise campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging, ensuring engaging and personalised experiences that drive retention, renewals, and growth.

You'll work closely with CRM and lifecycle leads to ensure consistent messaging, strong copy, and high-performing content that speaks directly to the brand's diverse member base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, schedule, and optimise lifecycle, transactional, and promotional campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels using Braze.

  • Develop engaging copy and visual templates for campaigns, ensuring all content aligns with brand tone and objectives.

  • Support the delivery of large-scale automated journeys including onboarding, renewal, and win-back campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure offers, messaging, and seasonal content remain accurate and relevant.

  • Maintain dynamic content and personalisation rules within Braze to deliver tailored member experiences.

  • Monitor campaign and journey performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve engagement and conversion.

  • Contribute to reporting and testing initiatives, helping identify opportunities for A/B testing, optimisation, and automation improvements.

  • Ensure consistency and compliance across CRM communications, maintaining best practices for GDPR and data protection.

Skills & Experience
Essential:

  • 1+ year experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing.

  • Hands-on experience using a CRM or marketing automation platform (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, etc.).

  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to design, build, and execute CRM campaigns from concept through to delivery.

  • Experience with segmentation, tagging, and dynamic content.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a membership, subscription, or e-commerce business.

  • Experience with Braze specifically, or similar multi-channel campaign tools.

  • Exposure to SMS, push, and in-app campaign management.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, or personalisation frameworks.

Interview Process

  • 1st stage: Introductory with CRM Lead.

  • 2nd stage: Task presentation and follow-up interview with the CRM team.
