Brand Analytics Lead - Oncology

US Remote

Salary: $141,000 - $205,000 + Bonus + LTI

Are you ready to lead brand analytics at the intersection of data and strategy? A global biopharma leader is hiring a hands-on Brand Analytics Lead to support their oncology portfolio. This is a high-visibility role, working day-to-day with Brand General Managers and senior stakeholders to turn complex data into actionable business insight.

THE ROLE

As Associate Director, Brand Analytics, you will:

  • Lead analytics for a key oncology brand, supporting strategic decision-making across marketing, sales, and commercial operations.
  • Work hands-on with Python, SQL, and other tools to analyze claims, sales, and patient-level data (e.g., Symphony, IQVIA NPA).
  • Build models and develop business rules to identify patient populations, track persistency, evaluate survival curves, and uncover market opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Brand GMs, Directors, and cross-functional teams to translate analytics into actionable strategy.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, while remaining deeply involved in project execution.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 6+ years in pharmaceutical or consulting-to-pharma analytics.
  • Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience in claims/sales data, patient-level analysis, and model building.
  • Experienced in applying analytics to strategic questions: evaluating brand performance, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping investment decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders, translating technical findings into business insights.
  • Hands-on leader: capable of managing projects and guiding others while staying technically engaged.

Preferred Experience:

  • Some familiarity with MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) or advanced statistical techniques.
  • Experience working with global or cross-divisional commercial teams.
