ABOUT THE BUSINESS
An award-winning, high-growth research and technology scale-up on a mission to close the "understanding gap" between what organisations think and what people really believe. This business blends cutting-edge proprietary technology with deep research expertise to deliver faster, more accurate insights at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods.

With a team of around 50, their work spans global brands, political organisations, and non-profits, and has been featured in outlets such as Channel 4 News, Wired, the Financial Times, and The Economist. It's a dynamic environment where innovation, collaboration, and client impact are at the forefront.

THE TEAM
This role sits in the Research team working across political, social, and commercial clients. You'll collaborate closely with senior researchers, managers, analysts, as well as engineering and growth teams. Projects vary from large-scale trackers to bespoke ad hoc studies, offering both variety and challenge.

THE ROLE
As a Research Executive, you'll independently deliver quantitative and AI-enabled qualitative projects, acting as the main client contact on self-serve engagements while supporting the delivery of high-quality data and insights across the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and delivering quantitative research projects from start to finish using proprietary tech platforms
  • Managing client relationships, ensuring an exceptional level of service and responsiveness
  • Supporting clients who script and launch their own surveys via self-serve tools
  • Cleaning raw data, validating methodologies, and ensuring quality control
  • Collaborating with colleagues on political, social, and commercial briefs

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 1-2 years' experience in quantitative research, ideally in a small or boutique agency environment
  • Strong eye for detail with the ability to spot errors in surveys or sampling methodologies
  • Experience working at pace on projects such as brand tracking, ad testing, or ad hoc research
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Proficient in handling raw data and ensuring high quality outputs
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Bonus: exposure to Displayr or other data visualisation tools, plus an interest in AI's use in research

MINDSET

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Client-focused, with a commitment to exceeding expectations
  • Curious and eager to expand skills in innovative research methods

WHY APPLY?

  • Full ownership of projects from brief through to delivery
  • Work with a diverse portfolio of political, social, and commercial clients
  • Expand your skillset into AI-enabled research and innovation
  • Be part of a fast-growing scale-up with a collaborative, forward-thinking culture

BENEFITS

  • Private healthcare
  • 25 days' annual leave
  • 3% pension match
