We're working with a high-growth consumer tech brand operating in the subscription lifestyle space. With a sharp focus on digital innovation and customer experience, this business is looking to accelerate growth through brand building, multi-channel marketing, and insight-led campaigns. As they scale, they're hiring a VP of Integrated Marketing to own and evolve their integrated marketing function across two flagship D2C brands.

The Role

As VP of Integrated Marketing, you'll lead a high-performing team across brand, PR, social, creative, and consumer insights. Your mandate is to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through cohesive, data-informed marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the annual integrated marketing roadmap, including budget planning and KPI setting
  • Own customer insight strategy - conduct research, interpret data, and apply findings to drive acquisition and retention
  • Launch high-impact campaigns, activations, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
  • Lead PR and media efforts to elevate brand equity and drive visibility
  • Oversee social media and content strategies - growing audience, traffic, and engagement
  • Manage the in-house creative team across copy and design, maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice
  • Partner with external brands on co-branded campaigns and joint marketing efforts
  • Track brand health, marketing performance, and campaign ROI - reporting regularly into senior leadership

Your Skills and Experience

  • 15+ years in integrated marketing, ideally with digitally native, consumer-focused brands
  • Experience leading full-stack marketing teams - PR, creative, social, brand, insights - in high-growth environments
  • Deep expertise in insight-led marketing and translating data into actionable strategies
  • Proven track record of driving brand engagement, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue
  • Strong understanding of cultural marketing and ability to build campaigns that resonate with modern audiences
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially driven with clear experience managing budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics
