The Role
This is a hands-on and strategic Marketing Analytics Lead position within a growing analytics function. You'll own marketing attribution, lead brand performance analysis, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making. You'll manage and mentor a small team while remaining technically hands-on with SQL and campaign measurement. Expect visibility across the C-suite and the opportunity to shape marketing analytics for a global digital-first brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise multi-channel marketing attribution models (digital and brand campaigns)
- Lead marketing analytics projects from design to execution, including brand lift and incrementality studies
- Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and external agencies on campaign performance analysis
- Develop self-serve analytics capabilities through SQL-based tools and dashboards
- Manage and mentor 1-2 analysts while contributing hands-on to high-impact analysis
- Work closely with data engineering teams to support ongoing improvements in data structure and pipelines
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in marketing analytics across digital and brand channels
- Strong hands-on ability with SQL; experience with attribution and incrementality testing
- Confident working with marketing stakeholders and presenting insights at a senior level
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Supermetrics, GA4, Mode)
- Previous experience leading or mentoring analysts
Desirable:
- Experience with data warehouses (e.g., Amazon Redshift, BigQuery)

- Coordinate closely with HR, finance, marketing, and other teams to deliver tailored analytics solutions
- Establish a self-service analytics environment for business users
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives
- Transform complex data into actionable insights and compelling stories for stakeholders
- Write complex SQL queries and develop Power BI visualizations
- Partner with IT teams to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Provide training and support on self-service analytics tools
Requirements
Experience & Background:
- Minimum 5 years of professional business intelligence experience
- Proven experience setting up self-service analytics environments
- Fast-food, restaurant, or retail industry experience is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis
- Strong expertise in Power BI for dashboard development
- Experience with data warehouse concepts and ETL processes
Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to relocate to San Antonio, TX area
