The Team
This role sits within the Insight team, a growing group of 11 researchers (soon to be 13), led by a seasoned leadership team with deep sector knowledge. The team specialises in mixed methods research, with most projects focused on pharmaceutical and healthcare brands. They work collaboratively with a central data science team and across multiple in-house practices.
The Role
As Research Manager, you'll play a hands-on role running end-to-end research projects from brief through to delivery. You'll be client-facing from day one, managing both quant and qual research while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and data scientists.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing research projects across healthcare/pharma clients from proposal to delivery
Leading client relationships and presenting insights in a clear, compelling way
Designing and managing mixed methods studies - with flexibility to lean toward your strength
Supporting pitch development and contributing to new business where relevant
Working with advanced analytics and data science partners to enhance research outcomes
Providing strategic recommendations that help shape policy, brand, and positioning
Your Background
3-5 years of experience in market research, ideally with a strong focus on healthcare or pharma
Comfortable with both quant and qual methodologies (can lean toward one)
Knowledge of data science and advanced analytics (e.g., segmentations, regressions, key driver analysis)
Excellent communication skills and confident presenting to clients
Pitching or proposal-writing experience is a plus

Key Projects:
