Since the office opened last year the team have gone from strength to strength so we are looking for motivated people to join!

·       Going through the entire 360-degree recruitment cycle from sourcing jobs to filling the role

·       Managing the full interview process from a candidate and client perspective

·       Build relationships, creating an extensive personal network of candidates and clients

·       Business development through client and candidate meetings – the desks are relatively cold so               there is a high amount of business development required! 

·       Offer Management and Negotiation on behalf of Clients and Candidates

·       As a recruiter, you develop and build a personal brand within the market niche you represent on behalf of Harnham
