The Job as a Recruitment Consultant
- Business Development: Spend at least half your day prospecting, cold calling, and building new client relationships. You’ll pitch Harnham to CEOs, VPs, Directors, etc., and tailor our services to their specific needs
- Candidate Sourcing: The other half of your day will be focused on headhunting and screening high level technical candidates to find the right fit for your clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong rapport and trust with clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a go-to expert in the Data & AI recruitment market.
- Target Driven: This is a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment with targets to hit, so motivation and resilience are key. Expect a fair amount of rejection (especially in cold outreach) and be ready to keep pushing forward!

- Hybrid Model After 6 Months – Your first 6 months will be mandatory onsite for 5 days a week. After 6 months you can work 4 days in office and 1 day from home
