THE ROLE

As VP of Product Management, you'll take full ownership of the front-end product landscape-leading all sales, martech, and digital acquisition initiatives. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll be the executive driving structure, clarity, and innovation across a product org that is ripe for transformation.

You'll roll up your sleeves, challenge outdated processes, implement scalable solutions, and bring a fresh, strategic perspective to a high-growth team. This is a rare opportunity to shape the customer journey from first click through to enrollment.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and execute the front-end product strategy: lead scoring, routing, segmentation, and conversion optimization

  • Build and scale a high-performing product team (mix of ICs, managers, directors)

  • Oversee implementation of Martech infrastructure (including CDP rollout)

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Marketing

  • Act as a thought partner to founders and executive leadership

  • Champion modern product best practices in a homegrown, fast-moving environment


YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 15+ years in product management, 5+ at a senior leadership level

  • Deep Salesforce experience (development, solutioning, integrations)

  • Proven success in fintech, financial services, rewards, or similar consumer finance industries

  • Background in building Martech and sales enablement tools

  • Experience in scrappy, high-growth environments - able to move fast and lead from the front

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, rolling up sleeves, and influencing stakeholders at all levels
