Staff Web Product Manager

Location: San Francisco OR New York (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office)

Salary: $210,000 - 260,000 Base + RSUs

We are partnering with a hyper-growth SaaS company pioneering the future of developer workflows and modern web infrastructure. Trusted by some of the world's most innovative technology brands, we help teams build, scale, and secure lightning-fast, personalized web applications. Backed by a multi-billion-dollar valuation and recent Series E funding, we're accelerating the next generation of AI-driven infrastructure and developer productivity.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Staff-level Product Manager to own the company website as a product, with full accountability for conversion rate optimization (CRO), signups, and activation. This is a senior IC role at the intersection of product management, growth, and CRO.

Your mandate is simple but high-impact: turn the website into a best-in-class growth engine. You'll analyze funnels, identify friction points, and ship experiments that directly improve self-serve conversion and customer activation. Partnering with Growth Marketing, Design, and Engineering, you'll ensure every visitor has a seamless journey from discovery to signup to activation.

What You'll Own

  • Website as a Product: Treat the website as a core acquisition product-own KPIs for conversion, signups, and activation.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Develop and execute a structured CRO roadmap, including A/B and multivariate testing of messaging, design, flows, and CTAs.
  • End-to-End Funnel Management: Analyze user behavior across awareness, signup, and activation to identify drop-offs and drive measurable improvements.
  • Experimentation at Scale: Build, prioritize, and execute a pipeline of growth experiments that drive meaningful impact on acquisition metrics.
  • Collaboration with Growth: Partner with Growth Marketing to align acquisition strategies and ensure the website supports paid and organic traffic goals.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing to deliver data-informed improvements.
  • Analytics & Insights: Define metrics, instrument tracking, and deliver insights that guide prioritization and optimize funnel health.
  • Innovation: Identify new growth levers, user journeys, and digital experiences that accelerate signup and self-serve adoption.

What We're Looking For

  • 8-12 years of product management experience, with at least 4+ years focused on growth, CRO, or acquisition.
  • Strong track record of improving conversion rates and activation metrics in SaaS, PLG, or developer-focused products.
  • Deep expertise in experimentation frameworks, funnel analytics, and optimization tools.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel), A/B testing platforms, and attribution models.
  • Strong understanding of PLG motions, developer workflows, and SaaS growth strategies.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams.
  • Analytical yet creative mindset-comfortable combining data-driven insights with bold experimentation.

Why Apply?

  • Own one of the most critical growth levers-the website-at a company redefining how developers build and ship products.
  • Partner directly with senior leaders and high-caliber technical peers.
  • Shape the acquisition funnel and CRO strategy that powers global adoption.
  • Be part of a culture built on velocity, ownership, and innovation.
