The Opportunity
We're seeking a Staff-level Product Manager to own the company website as a product, with full accountability for conversion rate optimization (CRO), signups, and activation. This is a senior IC role at the intersection of product management, growth, and CRO.
Your mandate is simple but high-impact: turn the website into a best-in-class growth engine. You'll analyze funnels, identify friction points, and ship experiments that directly improve self-serve conversion and customer activation. Partnering with Growth Marketing, Design, and Engineering, you'll ensure every visitor has a seamless journey from discovery to signup to activation.
What You'll Own
- Website as a Product: Treat the website as a core acquisition product-own KPIs for conversion, signups, and activation.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Develop and execute a structured CRO roadmap, including A/B and multivariate testing of messaging, design, flows, and CTAs.
- End-to-End Funnel Management: Analyze user behavior across awareness, signup, and activation to identify drop-offs and drive measurable improvements.
- Experimentation at Scale: Build, prioritize, and execute a pipeline of growth experiments that drive meaningful impact on acquisition metrics.
- Collaboration with Growth: Partner with Growth Marketing to align acquisition strategies and ensure the website supports paid and organic traffic goals.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing to deliver data-informed improvements.
- Analytics & Insights: Define metrics, instrument tracking, and deliver insights that guide prioritization and optimize funnel health.
- Innovation: Identify new growth levers, user journeys, and digital experiences that accelerate signup and self-serve adoption.
What We're Looking For
- 8-12 years of product management experience, with at least 4+ years focused on growth, CRO, or acquisition.
- Strong track record of improving conversion rates and activation metrics in SaaS, PLG, or developer-focused products.
- Deep expertise in experimentation frameworks, funnel analytics, and optimization tools.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel), A/B testing platforms, and attribution models.
- Strong understanding of PLG motions, developer workflows, and SaaS growth strategies.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams.
- Analytical yet creative mindset-comfortable combining data-driven insights with bold experimentation.
