About the Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Brand Marketing and External Channels, the Senior Manager of Advertising Strategy & Intelligence, AI Technologies will serve as the organization's central AI authority for external marketing. In this high-impact, strategic role, you will define, operationalize, and scale AI and automation across all external marketing and advertising efforts to accelerate business growth.

You will have a seat at the table to shape overarching strategy, influence major investment decisions, and integrate advanced automation and intelligence into how the company plans, executes, and measures its advertising engine.

What You Will Gain

Primary Responsibilities

  • AI Vision & Roadmap: Define and execute a clear AI transformation roadmap for Brand Marketing & External Channels. Establish strategic priorities for AI investments, identify emerging high-value opportunities, and scale capabilities from initial pilot programs to enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Advanced Workflows & Personalization: Serve as the central hub of expertise for AI applications within external marketing. Experiment with and deploy cutting-edge capabilities, including account-based personalization, intent-signal activation, and agentic workflows.
  • Full-Funnel Advertising Intelligence: Integrate complex audience signals, campaign performance data, and concrete business outcomes into actionable steps. Translate data into channel investment recommendations and create iterative learning loops.
  • Modern Measurement & Attribution: Lead advanced approaches to advertising measurement, evolving the company's attribution strategy and designing frameworks that accurately capture marketing value across every touchpoint.
  • Data & Platform Collaboration: Partner with IT and platform teams to translate advertising use cases into Customer Data Platform (CDP) configurations and data warehouse requirements. Act as the voice of marketing in platform roadmap conversations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, digital marketing, or a related domain where data and technology strictly drive strategic decision-making.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work 5 days onsite at our corporate office in Dallas, TX.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Analytics Foundation: Strong proficiency in SQL, statistical analysis, GA4, and modern Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Advanced analytics experience with inference, machine learning, or predictive modeling is a significant plus.
  • AI Implementation Track Record: Proven experience implementing real-world AI solutions in marketing/advertising (e.g., LLM applications, agentic workflows, workflow automation, campaign planning, or creative/content intelligence).
  • MarTech Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of centralized data warehouses and marketing technology stacks (e.g., Campaign/Ad Managers, ABM, DSP, CDP, etc.).
  • Matrix Influence: Demonstrated success driving organizational change, innovation, and cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, particularly when collaborating with data science and IT teams.
