Senior Manager of Marketing & Product Analytics

Location: San Francisco (Hybrid)

Salary: $260-300k base + Equity

Join one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world-a $3B+ Series E SaaS leader transforming enterprise operations through intelligent automation. We're looking for a Senior Manager of Analytics to own and scale a high-impact, cross-functional analytics team spanning Product, Marketing, and Finance.

This is a rare opportunity to lead at the intersection of business strategy and data, partnering with executive leadership to drive growth, optimize performance, and turn insights into action across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Analytics Across Marketing and Product: Own the roadmap, reporting, and insights across Marketing and Product teams-guiding campaign strategy, customer segmentation, feature development, and monetization.
  • Optimize the Customer Journey: Deliver full-funnel analytics across paid media, organic channels, website behavior, and in-product engagement. Identify friction points and accelerate activation, conversion, and retention.
  • Enable Experimentation and A/B Testing: Partner with Growth and Product leaders to design and analyze high-velocity experiments across the marketing funnel and product experience.
  • Build Scalable Data Systems: Lead the design of metrics frameworks, dashboards, and experimentation infrastructure to deliver self-serve analytics and real-time visibility.
  • Drive Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders. Influence marketing strategy, product roadmap, and resource allocation with data-backed recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics roles with a strong focus on Marketing, Growth, and Product Analytics-ideally within high-growth SaaS or AI-first companies.
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience, with a track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing analytics teams.
  • Deep technical fluency in SQL, with hands-on experience using modern analytics stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Hex, Sigma, Looker, Hashboard).
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R, with expertise in statistical analysis, experimentation, and causal inference.
  • Extensive experience in channel performance analysis, LTV/CAC modeling, attribution, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong communicator with a strategic mindset-comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to C-level audiences.
  • Passion for working in fast-paced environments and building clarity in ambiguity through data.

Why Join

  • Shape the future of marketing and product strategy at one of the world's fastest-growing AI companies.
  • Join a company where data is core to every decision-with direct access to executives and meaningful ownership of high-impact initiatives.
  • Competitive base, strong equity package, and a mission-driven culture focused on outcomes and innovation.
