En tant qu’Engineering Manager, vous piloterez une équipe de 10 personnes dont des développeurs backend. Vous serez responsable de l’architecture et de la supervision des aspects techniques de la mise en œuvre, de l’intégration, de l’optimisation et de l’innovation des systèmes de transport. Ce poste combine une expertise technique approfondie dans les secteurs de l’aviation et du transport avec de solides compétences en leadership et en réflexion stratégique :

VOTRE PROFIL

• Bac+5 en école d’ingénieur ou université
• 8-10 ans d’expérience en développement backend (Java, Go ou Php) dans le domaine du transport ou au sein d’une startup en forte croissance
• Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en management d’équipe de développeurs
• Connaissance de l’industrie aérienne et des systèmes GDS
• Forte aptitude à communiquer des concepts techniques complexes à des parties prenantes techniques et non techniques
• Bon niveau d’anglais

The Role

This is a strategic and hands-on CRM role leading the performance arm of the lifecycle CRM function. VOTRE RÔLE

• Définir et piloter une roadmap d’acquisition sur 6-12 mois, avec une vision ROIste et orientée résultats.
• Travailler sur les leviers principaux d’acquisition : SEO, SEA, SMA.
• Lancer et suivre des A/B tests sur les différents points du funnel (inscription, réassurance, formulaires, collecte de données).
• Identifier les pain points des utilisateurs et les transformer en leviers de croissance.
• Collaborer avec l’agence externe pour revoir la stratégie d’acquisition et challenger les pratiques existantes.
• Suivre de près les KPIs (visiteurs, leads, taux de conversion, scoring des inscrits…).

VOTRE PROFIL

• 4 à 6 ans minimum d’expérience produit ou growth dans un environnement e-commerce à fort trafic.

• À l’aise avec les tests d’optimisation, les outils analytics et la data produit.
• Excellente compréhension des enjeux business et marketing, vous savez parler en ROI, en impact, en outcomes.
