Overview

Operating independently within a well-funded and fast-paced environment, they are now hiring a Tech Lead to lead their Platform team, responsible for the infrastructure and automation that powers advanced ML-driven pricing models used by hotels worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small, high-performing engineering team
* Own and evolve the infrastructure that supports AI/ML predictions at scale
* Collaborate with Data Science teams to improve model deployment workflows
* Drive technical architecture to ensure platform performance and reliability
* Stay hands-on with Python, Kubernetes, and GCP
* Maintain high development standards, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines
* Work cross-functionally with product and science teams to deliver business value
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of engineering leadership, ideally in platform or infrastructure teams
* Strong technical foundation in cloud-native environments (GCP, Kubernetes)

Role Overview
