Technical CRM Automation Manager

Location: Leicester (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite)
Salary: £60,000 + 5% Bonus

The platform provides exclusive benefits and discounts to a large, loyal user base and has expanded significantly across multiple verticals in recent years. Backed by ongoing investment in digital and CRM infrastructure, the company is focused on enhancing member engagement through personalised, data-driven marketing.

The Role

This is a hands-on Technical CRM Automation Manager role, responsible for building and optimising lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app. You'll lead CRM execution within Braze-owning API integrations, dynamic content logic, and data feeds-while working cross-functionally with analytics and commercial teams to deliver results against key engagement KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain multi-channel CRM journeys using Braze

  • Manage segmentation, Liquid logic, event-based triggers, and Connected Content

  • Oversee technical platform elements including API integrations and data feed maintenance

  • Analyse campaign performance and execute A/B testing for ongoing optimisation

  • Work closely with stakeholders to align CRM with broader growth and retention goals

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in CRM automation or lifecycle marketing

  • Advanced hands-on Braze expertise across email, push, and in-app

  • Deep understanding of Liquid logic, modular templates, and journey logic

  • Comfortable managing API connections and technical CRM integrations

  • Analytical with a track record of improving performance through testing

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with CDPs and broader marketing technology stack

  • Experience in loyalty, membership, or subscription-based business models

  • Understanding of trading performance and commercial marketing metrics
