The role
You will:

RGM / RTM Analyst

Overview
A global FMCG organisation is investing heavily in data-driven commercial decision-making and is delivering a greenfield Commercial Data Lake programme to support key Route-to-Market (RTM), Business Performance Management (BPM), and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives.
This role sits within the global Commercial Data Lake function and works closely with senior commercial stakeholders, IT, BI teams, and external partners.
The Role
The RGM / RTM Analyst will play a key role in translating commercial requirements into high-quality analytics and reporting solutions. With an initial regional focus on South America, the role will support global initiatives and contribute to the development of advanced analytics and AI-driven use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and refine reporting requirements from global commercial stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, templates, and reports
- Support data discovery, feasibility analysis, and gap assessments
- Enable RTM, BPM, and RGM analytics to drive commercial performance
- Contribute to advanced analytics and AI use cases, including predictive modelling
Technology Environment
- Power BI as the core analytics and reporting platform
- Data pipelines owned and managed by engineering teams
- Exposure to SQL and Databricks is preferred
Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements
- Proven FMCG experience is mandatory
- Strong hands-on Power BI experience (Tableau also considered)
- Demonstrated understanding of Route-to-Market analytics
- Experience working closely with commercial stakeholders and technical teams, including engineers and product owners
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to e-commerce analytics
- SQL and Databricks experience
- Deeper knowledge of Revenue Growth Management principles
