A senior data leadership role responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of data products, analytics and reporting across a large, regulated organisation. This isn’t a project management role. You’ll be accountable for what gets delivered, why it matters, and how teams are set up to deliver high-quality data products that drive real business value.

The role:

You’ll act as the single point of contact for data delivery, owning prioritisation from initial business requirement through to development completion. Working closely with Product Owners and senior stakeholders, you’ll balance strategic initiatives with high-impact smaller pieces of work, ensuring delivery is efficient, well planned and aligned to business goals. You’ll lead three core functions – Business Analysis, Data Engineering and Reporting.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the end-to-end delivery of data products, dashboards and data feeds

• Experience working across Business Analysts, Engineers and BI teams
• Hands-on understanding of reporting and analytics (Power BI preferred)
• Experience in regulated or complex environments is highly beneficial
• Able to quantify and communicate the value of data products to the business

FinOps Data Analyst Up to £47,000 | Leicester | Hybrid (4 days onsite)

About the Role We’re working with a major UK retail brand to hire a FinOps Data Analyst for their Finance Analytics team. You’ll provide analytical support and reporting solutions across multiple finance functions, working closely with SQL engineers and Finance stakeholders.

This hands-on role uses SQL and Python daily to explore data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights that drive financial decision-making. The team is modernising their data platform with Databricks and Medallion Architecture.

Key Responsibilities Build analytical solutions across 4 finance areas: Accounts Payable, Cash Accounting, Commercial Services, and Operations. Perform SQL-based data exploration, validation, and transformation. Use Python (Pandas/Numpy) for analysis, automation, and data profiling. Build Power BI dashboards to visualise financial metrics. We’re partnering with a well-established CRM and data-led marketing agency with around 30 years’ experience delivering work for major UK consumer and financial services brands. Following a recent international acquisition, the agency is continuing to grow and is now hiring two Senior Account Managers to support key client accounts from its Bristol office.

Both roles sit within the same client services team, reporting into Senior Account Directors. The core responsibilities are consistent across both positions, with variation depending on the client portfolio.

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be a day-to-day client contact, working closely with Account Directors to deliver against briefs, manage stakeholders, and keep work moving at pace.

You’ll sit at the heart of delivery – coordinating teams across strategy, creative, and development – while also contributing strategic thinking and identifying opportunities to grow the account.
