What You'll Do
Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced data science models and solutions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to translate complex business challenges into data-driven strategies.
Explore large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
Develop prototypes and production-grade models for use cases such as predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and NLP applications.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts.
Stay up to date with the latest research, tools, and techniques in data science and machine learning.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python (or R) and experience with ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Deep experience in building and deploying models at scale.
Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and data storytelling.
Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Ability to thrive in a startup environment - self-starter, adaptable, and collaborative.
