Senior CRM Manager
London, Hybrid (3 days in office)

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of strategic, insight driven CRM programmes across multiple well-known brands. You will shape multi-channel customer engagement, lead projects end to end, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

The Role

A strategic, client facing CRM role where you will lead multi-channel customer programmes across brands.
* Develop multi channel CRM strategies aligned to client objectives.
* Manage email, push, and SMS activity including segmentation, automated journeys, and dynamic content.
* Review existing CRM programmes to identify performance and process improvements.
* Advise on CRM best practice and support migration to new marketing automation platforms.
* Create data strategies that ensure access to the right inputs for understanding customer behaviour.
* Analyse performance and present clear, actionable recommendations.
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and support account growth.
* Lead projects while mentoring junior team members.

Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience in CRM within multi brand or multi client environments.
* Confident presenting to senior stakeholders in client facing settings.
* Hands on experience with CRM or marketing automation tools.
* Comfortable working across email and wider multi channel CRM activity.
* Analytical approach with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
* Collaborative mindset and confidence leading projects in a fast paced environment.
