Business Analyst - Ad Tech

£65,000 + benefits

THE ROLE

As a Business Analyst, you'll be the crucial bridge between business and technology teams, translating ideas into solutions and helping to shape the next generation of data-driven products.

You'll work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to scope and deliver projects across analytics, recommendation engines, and personalisation tools, ensuring every decision is backed by insight.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand and validate business needs, balancing cost-benefit, feasibility, and prioritisation.

  • Collaborate across tech and product teams to define requirements and shape solutions.

  • Support delivery from concept through to release - bringing structure, clarity, and communication to complex data projects.

  • Champion best practice in agile delivery and data-driven decision-making.

YOUR SKILLS& EXPERIENCE

You'll bring:

  • Experience in analytics, AI/data science, or data product environments - ideally within ad tech, media, or digital.

  • Strong grasp of data warehousing concepts - data flows, ETL, dimensional modelling, and data quality.

  • Solid SQL skills and the ability to interrogate complex data from diverse sources.

  • Hands-on understanding of cloud-based data architectures

  • A proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across business and technology.

  • Experience delivering within agile/iterative frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.

  • Confidence in presenting technical and non-technical material to mixed audiences.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • Up to £65,000 base salary
