We're partnered with a fast-growing research technology startup using AI to transform how organisations understand people. The business combines advanced analytics with modern research methods to deliver deeper insights, faster and at significantly lower cost than traditional research approaches.
As the company launches a new AI-driven product, they're hiring a Research Manager to take ownership of analytics and modelling across client research projects.
The Role
This is a hands-on role focused on pushing the boundaries of quantitative analytics within research. You'll lead complex modelling work, set best practice for analytics, and independently deliver end-to-end research projects.
Key Responsibilities
Own analytics workstreams across major research projects
Deliver advanced analysis including segmentation, factor reduction and regression modelling
Set standards and best practice for analytics and segmentation
Automate repeat analytical tasks for trackers and long-running projects
Run end-to-end research projects (primarily quant; some qual/mixed methods)
Contribute to proposals and RFPs
About You
Essential
3+ years' experience in analytics and/or research using survey data
Hands-on experience with regression, factor analysis and segmentation techniques
Strong data wrangling, cleaning and weighting skills
Proficiency in R or Python for analysis and visualisation
Curious, exploratory approach to finding insight in data
Nice to have
Experience with Bayesian as well as frequentist methods
Understanding of the full market research project lifecycle

As a CRM Executive, you will support the delivery of complex campaigns and play a key role in CRM transformation projects. Working with Bloomreach/Braze, you’ll ensure campaigns are executed accurately, insightfully, and in line with strategic customer objectives.
You will:
- Contribute to the development and execution of CRM strategies across multiple channels.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including briefing, build, segmentation, and analysis.
- Carry out campaign quality assurance checks to ensure flawless delivery.
- Support CRM transformation initiatives and system integrations.
- Work closely with internal teams to align CRM activity with business goals.
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, optimise performance, and improve customer engagement.
- Assist with change management and training to drive adoption of CRM tools.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Your Skills & Experience
You will bring a strong foundation in CRM and digital marketing, along with hands‑on experience using Bloomreach/Braze.
You should have:
- Practical experience working with Bloomreach or Braze.
- Experience delivering multi‑channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data and campaign outcomes.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured, logical approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
- A solid academic background.

An established digital transformation and marketing technology consultancy is looking for a CRM Executive to join a growing MarTech Enablement team. This role is ideal for someone early in their CRM career who wants hands-on exposure to complex, multi-channel campaigns while working alongside experienced consultants and technical specialists.
You’ll contribute to the delivery of CRM strategies for well-known, consumer-facing brands, supporting campaign execution, optimisation, and ongoing CRM transformation initiatives. The role combines operational campaign delivery with data-driven insight and stakeholder collaboration.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
CRM & Campaign Execution
- Support the development and execution of CRM strategies across multiple channels.
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including planning, segmentation, build, QA, and deployment.
- Ensure high standards of campaign setup and quality assurance.
CRM Transformation & Enablement
- Contribute to CRM transformation initiatives, supporting the integration of tools, systems, and processes.
- Assist with change management and training to support successful adoption of CRM platforms.
Data, Insight & Optimisation
- Use data and performance metrics to monitor campaign effectiveness.
- Analyse results to identify trends, optimise future activity, and improve customer engagement.
- Produce clear reporting and actionable insights to support continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure CRM solutions align with client and business objectives.
- Support senior team members in delivering value-focused CRM outcomes.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign execution role.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign, Bloomreach or Braze is essential.
- Experience delivering or supporting multi-channel CRM campaigns.
- Comfortable working with data to assess performance and inform decisions.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around campaign setup and QA.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
- Open on background (agency, in-house, or consulting).
- Strong academic background with a good university degree.
- Organised, proactive, and keen to develop within a fast-paced MarTech environment.
