The Role
You will be responsible for driving growth, adoption, and retention of relevant products across the UK and international schools markets. You will own the go-to-market strategy for your product portfolio and act as a key connection point between Marketing, Sales, Product, and UX.
You will:
- Own and deliver the marketing plan for your Staff Management product vertical, covering demand generation, revenue pipeline, brand awareness, and customer marketing.
- Build clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with school leaders and decision makers, cutting through a busy market.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new features and product developments in partnership with Product and UX, ensuring launches land strongly with the right audiences.
- Partner closely with Sales to understand pipeline performance, optimise conversion, and feed market and customer insight into product and campaign plans.
- Use data to track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, sharing learnings and recommendations with senior stakeholders.
- Work with Digital Marketing to shape product pages, customer journeys, content, and paid media strategies to drive qualified leads.
- Collaborate with colleagues focused on teacher and candidate engagement to ensure consistent messaging and strong acquisition and retention strategies across the portfolio.
- Continuously assess where effort is best placed, optimising activities and testing new approaches to maximise commercial impact.
Your Skills & Experience
You will be a commercially focused marketer with a strong track record in SaaS and product-led environments. You are comfortable owning a remit, working across teams, and using data to guide decisions.
- Strong experience in product marketing, revenue marketing, or growth marketing for a SaaS business, ideally in a B2B or subscription context.
- Proven experience of planning, launching, and analysing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement.
- Experience partnering with Sales teams on lead generation, qualification, and conversion strategies.
- Demonstrable ability to articulate complex product value in simple, compelling messages for both new and existing customers, supporting both acquisition and retention.
- Strong analytical skills, with confidence interpreting data, reporting on performance, and making evidence-based recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with international markets and diverse teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix environment, managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.

Working closely with Sales, Product, Digital Marketing and senior stakeholders, you’ll build and execute campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue, optimise customer journeys and strengthen product positioning across both UK and international markets. You’ll be responsible for understanding where demand is generated, how to convert and retain customers, and how to evolve messaging and campaigns to maximise growth. This is a highly collaborative role with strong visibility across the business and clear ownership of commercial outcomes
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and delivering the marketing strategy for a core product vertical
- Driving demand generation, revenue growth, retention and customer engagement
- Partnering closely with Sales to optimise conversion and pipeline performance
- Working with Product and UX on go-to-market plans and product positioning
- Building and analysing campaigns, using data to measure impact and improve performance
- Developing messaging, value propositions and customer journeys
- Reporting on performance against revenue and growth targets
- Collaborating across marketing, product and commercial teams globally
There is no line management initially, but scope to build leadership responsibilities as the function grows.
Your Skills & Experience
- Proven B2B product marketing or growth marketing experience (ideally SaaS/subscription)
- Strong track record of driving revenue, pipeline and conversion through campaigns
- Experience working closely with Sales teams and commercial targets
- Ability to own and deliver marketing strategy for a product or vertical
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence across functions
- Experience working across multiple audiences and markets
- Collaborative, proactive and commercially focused

The Role

Your Skills and Experience
You will succeed in this role if you bring:
* Strong commercial experience in SQL and data visualisation tools.
* Confident hands‑on analytical capability, including experience exploring and shaping large datasets.
* Experience mentoring or managing analysts, with a coaching‑led approach to development.
* The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
* Experience working with digital products, content platforms, or media environments.
* Clear communication skills and the ability to translate insights for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* An appreciation for effective dashboard and product design, ideally with some awareness of UX and UI best practice.
* Experience with Python for analysis or modelling is beneficial.

We’re partnering with a leading digital agency that supports a global tobacco brand, specifically across their non‑combustible product range (including vapes and similar reduced‑harm products). They are looking for an experienced Email Creative & Designer who can join on a 6‑month contract (Outside IR35) and deliver high‑quality email designs end‑to‑end.
This is a fast‑paced environment, so they need someone who can hit the ground running, bring creative expertise, and work autonomously with minimal direction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging and brand‑aligned email creatives for CRM and lifecycle campaigns
- Translate briefs from strategy and account teams into polished, high‑converting email designs
- Build modular design templates that support ongoing email production
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, legal requirements, and product‑specific restrictions
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, CRM specialists, and project managers to deliver campaigns efficiently
