The Role
This role is focused on automating and optimising internal business operations as the company scales.
- Identify manual and repetitive processes across teams including operations, marketing, talent, business development and finance
- Design and build scalable automations using no code and low code tools, alongside third party AI solutions where appropriate
- Own problems end to end, from discovery through to delivery and measurement of impact
- Focus on tangible outcomes such as time saved, efficiency gained and headcount avoidance
- Act as an internal champion for automation, helping teams rethink how work gets done
- Strong commercial experience automating operational processes in a fast paced tech environment
- Hands on delivery using no code or low code platforms, workflow tools and rules based systems
- A product mindset with the ability to prioritise high impact problems and design pragmatic solutions
- Comfortable working without a traditional engineering team and building solutions independently

- Implement and maintain security, risk and compliance controls for data and machine learning workloads.
- Manage the platform roadmap, cost optimisation activities and key supplier relationships.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience operating Palantir platforms in production, or comparable enterprise data platforms, with ownership of platform operations.
- Proven capability delivering MLOps practices end to end, including CI/CD, automation, monitoring and model governance.
- Experience working closely with security, risk and governance teams to evidence controls and support audits.
- Confident stakeholder management skills, able to balance delivery speed, cost and risk across technical and non technical teams.
- A service owner mindset with a focus on stability, continuous improvement and enabling delivery teams.
