Marketing Analytics Lead - Up to £77,000 - London / Remote (UK)
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Analytics Lead to join a high-growth, consumer-facing company and drive the strategy behind marketing measurement, attribution, and investment optimisation.
You'll lead a small team of analysts and partner closely with the CMO to build out a best-in-class analytics function. From developing attribution models and incrementality testing to owning reporting and marketing data infrastructure, you'll be at the heart of driving smarter, data-led decisions across the business.
What You'll Do:
Lead the evolution of marketing effectiveness and attribution strategy
Manage and enhance reporting frameworks and dashboards
Own marketing analytics tools, systems, and data schema design
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Marketing, Product and Finance
Lead, mentor, and grow the Marketing Analytics team
What We're Looking For:
5+ years in marketing or analytics roles, ideally with exposure to digital channels (PPC, Social, CRM, SEO, etc.)
Strong SQL and data modelling skills; experience with data warehouses
Proven background in attribution, econometrics, media mix modelling, and incrementality testing
Familiarity with tools like Segment, Braze, Google Ads, Meta, and BI tools
Confident communicator who can turn complexity into clarity
Location: Remote (UK-based) or London
Salary: Up to £77,000 DOE + bonus + equity options

Are you a commercially minded loyalty specialist who thrives on shaping customer propositions across diverse European markets?
An international retail group, well known for its beauty and pharmacy brands, is looking for an experienced Loyalty Manager to join their Centre of Excellence team on a 12-month contract. This role supports group-level loyalty strategy across key European businesses, with an initial focus on developing and testing new propositions for various markets.
With over a dozen loyalty programmes already in play across their brand portfolio, the business recognises the need to evolve and elevate its group loyalty proposition. You’ll be joining an established central team and working closely with a Loyalty Specialist and another Loyalty Manager, reporting into the Group Loyalty function.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development of loyalty concepts for European business units
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional stakeholders, CRM and tech teams
- Lead the creation, testing and evolution of loyalty propositions – with an emphasis on app-centric experiences and digital-first engagement
- Provide thought leadership on best practice loyalty strategies and consumer trends
- Influence internal stakeholders and present ideas to senior leadership with clarity and conviction
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in loyalty, CRM, customer strategy and consumer behaviour
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills – ideally in a pan-European context
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to testing and iterating customer propositions
- Previous consultancy or group-level experience advantageous
- Comfortable working in a non-technical environment but confident engaging with tech and CRM teams

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of customer-centric loyalty propositions across European markets.
- Conduct loyalty program health checks and make data-driven recommendations to optimise performance.
- Project manage the end-to-end delivery of loyalty initiatives, from concept development to cross-functional execution.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across local business units, operations, and group tech teams.

LE POSTE
Rattaché directement au Manager Devops et au sein d’une équipe de 5 personnes, vous aurez un rôle à 80% maintien des outils et 20% de taches Devops :
- Gérer les incidents et les SLA/SLO
- Analyser et lire des logs
- Suivre les tableaux de bord et les alertes.
- Automatiser et exécuter les processus de Build et de déploiement
- Identifier et répondre aux incidents de production et piloter l’analyse des root causes et les mesures correctives.
- Surveiller et prendre en charge de manière proactive la plateforme de l’entreprise
- Définir et mettre en œuvre des solutions de contournement et des mesures d’atténuation.
- Assurer la distribution, les performances et l’évolutivité de la plateforme.
- Vérifier les livraisons, les déployer dans un environnement de préparation et assurez la qualité
- Mettre en œuvre des améliorations, par exemple via des scripts ou des outils disponibles.
LE PROFIL
- Master ou équivalent en informatique
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans l’utilisation de Linux, avec une expérience en automatisation et déploiement
- Connaissance obligatoire de Kubernetes et de Terraform
- Excellente maîtrise technique d’Azure ARM, PowerShell
- Des certifications Azure sont un atout
