THE COMPANY
For this role, you will be joining the research and consulting arm of a wider group, where you'll sit part of a specialised team focused exclusively on the MedTech sector. This hybrid client- and agency-side role delivers high-impact market intelligence and bespoke research for leading medical device companies. You'll work across quant-focused projects (market trackers, share, and procedural data) and bespoke attitudinal studies, leveraging unique access to a vast network of healthcare professionals.
THE ROLE
You will lead and grow a small but dynamic research team. You'll oversee a team of 8 (plus freelancers), working closely with the MD to shape strategy while remaining actively involved in day-to-day project delivery. This role suits someone who enjoys both leadership and execution-designing and managing quant and qual research projects, building client relationships, and spotting growth opportunities. You'll have the freedom to make an impact and help scale the team as the business grows.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Market research background in either MedTech, healthcare, life sciences or pharmaceuticals
- Ideally you will come from a smaller-sized agency
- Line management experience
- Quant and qual experience, leaning more towards quantitative research
- Strong communication skills and evidence working with a range of clients

THE ROLE
