Are you a commercially minded loyalty specialist who thrives on shaping customer propositions across diverse European markets?
An international retail group, well known for its beauty and pharmacy brands, is looking for an experienced Loyalty Manager to join their Centre of Excellence team on a 12-month contract. This role supports group-level loyalty strategy across key European businesses, with an initial focus on developing and testing new propositions for various markets.
With over a dozen loyalty programmes already in play across their brand portfolio, the business recognises the need to evolve and elevate its group loyalty proposition. You'll be joining an established central team and working closely with a Loyalty Specialist and another Loyalty Manager, reporting into the Group Loyalty function.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development of loyalty concepts for European business units
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional stakeholders, CRM and tech teams
- Lead the creation, testing and evolution of loyalty propositions - with an emphasis on app-centric experiences and digital-first engagement
- Provide thought leadership on best practice loyalty strategies and consumer trends
- Influence internal stakeholders and present ideas to senior leadership with clarity and conviction
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in loyalty, CRM, customer strategy and consumer behaviour
