This is a strategic, relationship-led role, focused on embedding and maturing experimentation capabilities across international product and commercial teams. While data understanding is important, this role is not focused on analytics delivery - the emphasis is on process leadership, stakeholder engagement, and commercial enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong working relationships and ways of working with global product and data teams to implement and embed experimentation processes.
- Use existing experimentation frameworks as a foundation to establish consistent, best-practice experimentation across UK and international markets.
- Define and embed governance and rigour in test design, hypothesis generation, and performance reporting.
- Work with commercial stakeholders to define and prioritise initiatives that drive value through testing - from quick, agile web experiments to longer-term strategic product initiatives.
- Create and lead regular knowledge-sharing forums across international teams to promote best practices and experimentation culture.
- Align with wider experimentation strategy teams to ensure consistent implementation and value delivery across the business.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience developing and executing experimentation strategies at scale
- Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at senior levels
- Commercially minded with a clear understanding of how experimentation supports business growth
- Skilled in prioritising multiple roadmaps and identifying high-impact test opportunities
- Excellent communicator - able to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Confident in establishing governance and structured ways of working in cross-functional environments
