The Role

This is a great opportunity for you to take ownership of ecommerce customer analytics within a well-known consumer brand and see your insights directly shape digital and direct to consumer strategy across EMEA.

The Role
In this Customer Insights Analyst role, you will:

  • Lead customer analysis and insight for the ecommerce channel across EMEA.
  • Deliver BAU and ad hoc analysis on customer behaviour, performance, and lifetime value across direct to consumer channels.
  • Work with multiple data sources, using SQL to query large customer datasets and combining information from internal teams to create a holistic view of customer performance.
  • Partner with Ecommerce, Performance Marketing, and Media teams to embed customer insights into campaign planning, targeting, and optimisation.
  • Develop clear, visual presentations and insight decks that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what actions to take.

Your Skills And Experience
You will bring:

  • Strong commercial experience in customer insights, marketing analytics, or CRM analytics, ideally within a retail, ecommerce, or consumer environment.
  • Confident SQL skills for querying and manipulating large customer datasets.
  • Hands on experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or similar.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and storytelling.
