CRM Executive - Bloomreach/Braze
Hybrid - West London 2-3 days a week
Up to £35,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected digital and data-driven organisation working on CRM transformation for major household brands. You'll play a key role in delivering multi‑channel campaigns, supporting large‑scale MarTech programmes, and developing your expertise within a top-tier CRM Enablement team.

The Role
As a CRM Executive, you will support the delivery of complex campaigns and play a key role in CRM transformation projects. Working with Bloomreach/Braze, you'll ensure campaigns are executed accurately, insightfully, and in line with strategic customer objectives.

You will:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of CRM strategies across multiple channels.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution including briefing, build, segmentation, and analysis.
  • Carry out campaign quality assurance checks to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Support CRM transformation initiatives and system integrations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align CRM activity with business goals.
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends, optimise performance, and improve customer engagement.
  • Assist with change management and training to drive adoption of CRM tools.
  • Monitor and report on CRM performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Your Skills & Experience
You will bring a strong foundation in CRM and digital marketing, along with hands‑on experience using Bloomreach/Braze.

You should have:
  • Practical experience working with Bloomreach or Braze.
  • Experience delivering multi‑channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data and campaign outcomes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured, logical approach.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
  • A solid academic background.
