We're seeking a highly adaptable and detail-focused Senior Data Analyst to join our analytics team, which operates at the crossroads of media, creative, and ad tech. In this role, you'll build insightful, user-friendly dashboards and reports that help global clients understand creative and media performance across varied campaigns and datasets.

You'll work across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring solutions are efficient, scalable, and client-centric. While coding expertise isn't mandatory, a logical mindset and curiosity about new tools-especially AI-driven automation-will be valuable. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll collaborate with teams spanning strategy, product, operations, and client services across time zones.

You'll also contribute to the ongoing evolution of our analytics products by providing data-driven insights to product development and supporting innovations like AI-powered creative optimization and automated tagging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain clear, accurate, and visually engaging dashboards tailored to client goals and KPIs.
  • Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for both internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure dashboard accuracy through regular quality checks and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop reusable frameworks and maintain consistent documentation.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively, managing multiple priorities and escalating issues with context.
  • Stay current on industry trends in dashboarding, automation, and AI analytics to continuously enhance output.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to QA and validate your work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Logical problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and handling large datasets.
  • Experience working in digital media, creative agencies, or related environments.
